We may collect information you provide when creating and using your Elevyn account, including:

• Name and email address
• Age and gender
• Height and weight
• An optional profile picture
• Fitness goals and workout preferences
• Workout logs, completed workouts, and training history
• Nutrition information entered through text logging
• Messages and prompts submitted to Elevyn’s AI features

2. Account and authentication information

Users may create or access an Elevyn account using email, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign-In. Authentication providers may process identifiers and account information necessary to sign you in securely.

3. Information collected automatically

When you use Elevyn, we and our service providers may automatically process limited technical information such as device type, operating system, application version, diagnostic information, crash data, and service usage information.

Elevyn does not collect your precise location.

4. How we use information

We use information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Personalize workouts and fitness recommendations
• Track workout, nutrition, streak, and progress history
• Provide AI coaching and other AI-powered features
• Process and manage subscriptions
• Maintain application security and prevent misuse
• Diagnose technical problems and improve Elevyn
• Respond to support and account requests

5. AI-powered features

Information submitted to AI-powered features may be processed by third-party artificial-intelligence service providers, including OpenAI, to generate responses and personalized content.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information through AI chat or text-entry features.

6. Service providers

We may use third-party providers to operate Elevyn, including:

• Firebase for authentication and application services
• Amazon Web Services for hosting and infrastructure
• RevenueCat for subscription management
• OpenAI for certain AI-powered functionality
• Expo and related tools for application delivery
• Apple and Google for authentication and app distribution

These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to Elevyn and are subject to their own privacy terms.

7. Subscriptions and payment information

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are processed by Apple or Google. Elevyn does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card information.

RevenueCat may process subscription status, purchase identifiers, product information, and entitlement information required to manage premium access.

8. Sharing and sale of information

Elevyn does not sell personal information and does not share personal information with third parties for targeted advertising.

Information may be disclosed to service providers, when required by law, to protect users or Elevyn, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

9. Data retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active or as reasonably necessary to provide Elevyn, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.

Some limited records may be retained after deletion when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or financial recordkeeping.

10. Account and data deletion

You can request account deletion from within the Elevyn app. You may also request deletion by emailing info@elevynofficialapp.com from the email associated with your account.

When an account is deleted, the personal information and account data associated with it will be deleted, except for information that must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes.

11. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Children and younger users

Elevyn is intended for users age 13 and older. Users under 18 should use Elevyn only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information was collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

13. Fitness, health, and nutrition information

Elevyn provides general fitness and nutrition information and is not a medical service. Information entered into Elevyn may relate to fitness, body measurements, workouts, or nutrition, but it should not be used as a replacement for professional medical advice.

14. Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information. You may contact us to submit a request.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
